Additional notes on international shipping
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, Türkiye), additional costs may arise that are beyond our control and that you have to bear. These include, for example, bank charges for transferring money (e.g. transfer fees, currency exchange fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g. customs duties).
Note for Türkiye: Since 1 February 2026, Türkiye no longer applies a duty-free threshold to online orders from abroad. Shipments from the EU are subject to an import duty of 30 % of the value of the goods, plus possible further taxes and handling fees. These charges are paid by the recipient.
